The Middle Leadership Programme (MLP), designed and delivered by AISL Academy in partnership with Mr Andy Hind (Senior Consultant, Enhancing Learning Ltd.), supports serving and aspiring middle leaders to develop high-impact leadership practice.

Over the course of the programme, participants engage in evidence-informed professional learning that builds leadership capacity, strengthens existing expertise, and develops the skills required to drive improvement and enhance outcomes for both staff and students.

Each of the six modules is delivered as a 2-hour twilight session (4:30–6:30 pm), either:
