The IPCSL is a globally recognized leadership development program designed for senior and aspiring senior leaders in schools. Delivered in partnership between AISL Harrow and the UCL Institute of Education, the program combines academic rigor with practical application to empower participants to drive impactful change and foster school improvement.

Modules and Learning Outcomes
Module 1: Effective Whole School Management and Leadership
Explore the principles of effective leadership and their application to school improvement. Develop a strategic focus for change and strengthen personal leadership skills.
